In the DSS CRM, we are working in Agile/Scrum. I provide DSS quality, testing, and automation services for customer relationship management of individual and corporate digital services (Tv+, Fizy, Lifebox, Bip, Game+, etc.). Here I execute Black Box and Gray Box (Functional & Non-Functional (Integration, System, Interface, Regression, User Acceptance, Smoke, Performance (Load & Stress), DB, Rest API, E2E, etc.)) test cases/scripts, and scenarios by analyzing functional requirements, business rules, and technical specifications for both manual and automation testing approaches. I support the operation team for the release operations and production environment.
